Yaqeen is only 5 weeks old ever since I gave birth yaqeen been smiling I found out im expecting wen I was 4 months ,been a very tough year, I lost 2 family members and I realy thought baby yaqeen was not going to make it ,ive been crying my hole entire pregnancy,baby yaqeen such a strong baby made it and on day 2 he smiled and lifting hes head such a strong boy. He such a sweet baby hes my little smiler .
